Scout

Scout is an AI co-DM for tabletop roleplaying games. It sits in on the session, keeps track of what actually happened, and gives it back to the table when someone needs it. These are the notes from building it.

I ran one job past three AI providers and had them vote. The voting was the easy part. Deciding what counted as agreement was not.

The requirements were done and I hadn't written a line of code. So I spent a day trying to talk myself out of the whole thing.
